Shipping & Returns
What shipping methods do you offer?
CBD Source ships all orders through UPS or USPS, to any state in the United States where CBD and hemp are legal. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
Can LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS ship to all 50 states?

Can LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS ship outside of the United States?
We cannot currently ship CBD or Hemp products outside of the United States but will soon be able to extend shipping outside the U.S.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer service via email at: [email protected] or 813-773-6335 to confirm if your order is still processing or if it has been shipped. If it has not been shipped yet we may be able to edit the shipping address.
Reversals and Chargebacks
We consider Chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services, and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation email will provide you with details on how your order will be shipped. You will receive another email with a tracking number, which can be used on the carrier's site to track your package.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you have not received your order, you can reach our customer service via email: [email protected] or 813-773-6335 to start a claim.
LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect due to our Company's mistake, please reach out to our customer service department ASAP. We'll try our best to quickly make it right. If in fact it is an acceptable return on a product or order, we'll send you the return label.
How much time will I have to make a return claim?
You will have 14 days from your purchase date to make a return. Claims must be filed with our customer service department within 14 days of purchase.
How do I return my LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS order?
Simply contact our customer service to start a return claim. Returns can be mailed or sent from any UPS or USPS shipping location or whatever source the order was shipped.
Where can I take my LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS order to be returned?
If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your order to your nearest UPS or USPS shipping location. If you purchased a CBD Source product from one of our retail locations, please follow the store’s return policy.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
It may take up to 7 to 14 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it has been processed.
How is my refund issued back?
Your refund is sent through your original form of payment once proof of how original payment was made. All refunds will only be processed if the product was originally purchased from the LMT HEALTH & WELLNESS SOLUTIONS Store or Website.

Please note the following terms:
- Packages marked "Return to Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. Returned packages will only be refunded with an RMA number that was provided by our Customer Service department.
- Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- After the facility receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days to process your return. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credits in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your banking institution's billing and credit schedule.
- Our customer service representatives may offer you a discounted price or partial refund if you call to cancel your order after its already in processing but not yet shipped. You may accept or reject the discounted price or partial refund. If you reject the discount or partial refund, then in order to obtain your refund you will be required to return the product to us using an RMA number as described above. If you accept the discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return this order.
Additional Taxes and Duties
Depending on your location, you may be required to pay applicable taxes and duties in relation to your state, province or country.
All products sold on the website are produced and manufactured with materials that are of the highest quality for optimum potency, and which do not violate the US Controlled Substances Act. Ingredients used in the Company's products are all-natural.
